Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics (PMSBE) has been participating successfully in various national and international business competitions. Prasetiya Mulya Undergraduate students, Master Program students and Alumni have proven the quality of the school learning process by participating, competing and winning many prestigious awards in leadership, economic debates, marketing plan, financial research report, business start up, business plan and other competitions.     

Prasetiya Mulya undergraduate students have shown their qualities by winning various competitions such as world bank essay competition, branding and marketing competition, young leadership awards, public relations, entrepreneurship competition, business start-ups competition, etc.  In 2010, Magali team won as national winner and represent Indonesia in the L’Oreal Brandstorm International Competition in Paris. Riska Mirzalina, a student of 2007 batch won various international awards such as the winner of World Bank Essay competition in Sweden and represent Indonesia in Denso Youth for Earth Action in Japan, Global Changemakers Event, Asia Youth Summit in India, Bayer Environmental Envoy in Germany, International Student Festival in Norwegia and as a speaker at World Bank Open Forum. Prasetiya Mulya Master Program students also compete in various national and international competition. In 2008, the team representing the school came second in the renowned Global Social Venture Competition (GSVC) held at Haas Business School, University of California, Berkeley. In 2009, the school came in first place, ahead of 150 other business schools and was the first winner from outside the USA since the competition began 10 years ago. The winning business model was entitled ‘EcoFaeBrick’ and utilised animal waste to produce building materials in Yogyakarta, Central Java. In 2010, the school was once again recognised for innovation for its business plan entry that used solar power to desalinate sea water in coastal and remote areas of the country. In 2011, MAGNiVY team was awarded Runner-Up Winner in the Social Impact Assessment Competition category after proposing a venture to rehabilitate mangrove ecosystem and utilizing the restored areas for tsunami and earthquake disaster impacts for aquaculture sites for the betterment of community life. The success in such competitions is testament to the success of teaching methods employing creative business plans and the implementation of the triple bottom line of ‘People, Planet & Profit’ in business methodology. Proudly winning in many competitions offers another evidence of the ability of Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics to attract superior talents from the inexhaustible spring of the gifted Indonesians and help transform them into winning teams through innovative learning.


Publishing Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics (PMSBE) Publishing strives to bridge between academic and business world in order to enhance the quality of business management in Indonesia. To carry out this mission, publisher manages and publishes scientific journal, magazines, and business management books.

Products of PMSBE Publishing are: INTEGRITAS Jurnal Manajememen dan Bisnis, business management books, and online publishing (website), Forum Management Prasetiya Mulya, and Event.

Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis is aimed at providing readers with the latest thoughts, developments, and researches related to the study of business management. Forum Manajemen Prasetiya Mulya is a magazine which features articles in business management issue which bridge between theory and practical knowledge.

Regular columns that featured such as strategy, finance & investment, business process, also business to business and business to consumer. Through those products, publisher intends to bridge competent writer with reader community who needs fresh ideas in management.

Publisher forms partnership with various parties, including with other book publishers, book distributors, mass media also scientific organizations and education institution. Seminars, discussion and trainings are held to keep up the writings quality.

Capitalizing in the cumulative success of serving partners and academia over the past 31 years, Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics (PMSBE) is determined to search for better ways of solving myriad complex problems in business landscape. Translating strategic intents into actions requires a stronger team of faculty with carefully selected new members. Together we unleash learning power that emerges out of the diverse knowledge and skill of our faculties in the interest of a better tomorrow for PMSBE's widening stakeholders. 

We invite Doctoral or Master degree holders from reputable universities to join as full time Faculty Member/ Lecturer in the following fields: Accounting, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain, Marketing, Human Resource, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business IT, Business Statistics, Business Mathematics.

Candidates should have proficiency in spoken and written English (a second foreign language is highly valued), be graduated from reknown universities in all fields related to business, and not be older than 40 years for holders of doctoral degree (S3) and not be older than 30 years for holders of master degree (S2).
